This Codex is made for people who may not have any spiritual training or special intuition. It is a practical guide for how to connect with calm, clear space inside you — what we call the field. These simple steps can help anyone build steadiness, clarity, and ease.

FN-01 — Spirit Walker One Man’s Journey into the Unseen
Purpose: Anchor Embodiment ( Purpose, Clarity ,Vision)
Practice: Sit or stand comfortably. Close eyes. Breathe deeply into your solar plexus, expanding awareness to the subtle movements of life around you. Sense the currents beneath your feet, the breath in your chest, the pulse in your hands. Allow energy to flow in, through, and out. see yourself as whole
Duration: 5–15 minutes daily.
Integration: Repeat before and after daily activities to anchor clarity and presence.
FN-02 — Holding The Thresholds
Purpose: Expanding awerness of the unseen currents of life.
Practice: Sit or stand. Breathe deep into solar plexus. Sense currents beneath feet and through hands. Allow energy to flow in–through–out. Feel an object around you, connect, feel, accept, do nothing.
Duration: 5–15 min.
Integration: Before/after daily activities to anchor clarity and perception
FN-03 — The kryst Love Returning to the Old ways - Still Point Practice
Purpose: Access clarity amidst chaos.
Practice: Sit quietly, focus on heartbeat. Observe thoughts. Allow breath to expand into stillness. Embrace the natural order of flow, divine Love, full aceptance.
Duration: 5–10 min.
Integration: Daily pause, particularly at dawn or dusk.
FN-04 — The breath of new life
Anchoring Light (Resonance Grid)
Purpose: Stabilize energy within personal or physical space.
Practice: Visualize a grid of light enveloping body and surroundings. Harmonize space with intention. Visualise an imbilical cord of light to that which is desired in your life. A new road, a partner, or peace. Connect, hold, be still.
Duration: 10–15 min.
Integration: Before hosting, teaching, or energetic work ?
FN-05 — The breath of life - Temple Breath Alignment( your Physucal Soverign Body)
Purpose: Align mind, body, and field with your sacred architecture.
Practice: Visualize breath moving through yout iiner pathways within and around you. Feel the inner flow of that compass. The goal is to feel the winds of change, align, yield, flow, nothing more. Allow stillness to settle in.
Duration: 10 min.
Integration: Morning practice or when you feel miss aligned.
FN-06 — Ancient Souls - Gateway Key Activation ( Key to the unseen)
Purpose: Open inner perception and clarity.
Practice: Focus on a doorway before you. Imagine turning a key. Walk through. Let guidance emerge without forcing.
Duration: 5–10 min.
Integration: When seeking insight or creative direction.
FN-07 — Timeline Union Embodiment (past,present,future)
Purpose: Merge hidden, awakening, and revealed strands of self.
Practice: Sit quietly. Reflect on past, present, and future self. Let energy unify these strands into one. Your not broken, stuck or fragmented. You are just embodying becomimng.
Duration: 10–15 min.
Integration: When feeling fragmented or pulled in many directions.
